  • My names Marcelo Arantes. My Surface 4 pro, i ordered in 2016 and in final 2017, start problem. I ordered in FNAC Portugal-Lisbon. I was studing in Portugal, but i am from Brasil. I trusted in Microsoft. I never received any emails from Microsoft for recall.
