Microsoft response not very helpfull

  • I called Microsoft about a year ago, while still in Warranty told them about my SP4 with flickering screen they agreed to change it for a refurbed one, until I told them that the Kickstand had gone wrong and somehow was stuck so I forced it slightly to open it and it snapped off, they would not allow me to change this item even though this should also be a warranty issue, a case of one department not talking to another, either way we are stuck with a defective machine, not our fault.

  • I think you are wrong, Microsoft is very known for it's product and support, they provide a good quality of support
