Another Flickering Surface...
-
Hello All,
I just wanted to add my Surface [Microsoft Surface Pro 4 (256 GB, 8 GB RAM, Intel Core i5)] to the list of affected devices. My screen randomly flickers/vibrates up in down to make it impossible to read things. The flickering completely stops when I move my mouse, so I've resorted to just constantly moving my mouse or getting headaches from reading blurred text...
Edit: More Info
The flickering started last week after normal use. The Surface is less than 2 years old. So far I have installed updates and read information about this on forums, but am not sure what else to do. I purchased the computer for my work in a lab, so the computer is intermittently used for ~10 hours a day (although for the majority of that time it is not actively being used). The majority of the time the only application running is Chrome.

To keep from having to move the mouse all the time, you can have the taskbar clock display seconds. https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/37730.windows-10-adding-seconds-to-the-system-clock-display.aspx
