  • I brought my Surface in to get it looked at, just to be on the record with the issue. The tech was very pleasant and updated a few drivers for me, but of course that didn't help and he then said its a hardware issue and tried to sell me on the $450 replacement. I said no thanks and asked if there was a chance of a recall since it was the company's fault and he said very unlikely." It sucks because I LOVE my machine but I will NOT give them any more of my money if they won't fix the problem they caused.
