My Surface Pro 4 at that time announced as a premium product and so priced, which I bought in THE NETHERLANDS is unstable even after 2 years, many updates and total reset. Last May MS proposed an exchange programme, but in the the meantime I emigrated to INDONESIA...My pro 4 got a servicenumber for exchange, but MS as a worldwide company has not the ability to let this be effectif, because I stay in INDONESIA where is no Surface program and where MS refers me to NL

"NOT FIT IN OUR SYSTEM".....!!
This after communications with 7 MS and 3 Retail Cool Bleu NL employees...
