The flickering started a few months ago and I tried updates, the diagnostic tool, adjusting the display settings, all to no avail. It has become progressively worse and I reached out to request a service at Microsoft and my online request could not be processed. I was asked to contact Microsoft support for assistance with a reference number.
The virtual assistant was of in help, but referred me to this page. Registering my concerns here, but will be calling Microsoft support shortly. A totally disappointing hassle for a premium purchase.
